First I'm glad that (a) there is a special blog for an Islamic art community; (b) that I'm part of it... So hello all of you and thanks for letting me take part of this...
I started my blog in the beginning of this Fall... but not in Livejournal... I'll be conitnuig posting in my original blog and I'll be inserting my new posts in my new Livejournal account so that it'll be appearing in the "Islamic Art" blog...

Contemporary architecture in the Islamic world is usually a neglected topic... Besides many might think that "Islamic architecture" has no relationship to today's architecture... Contemporary architecture in Tunisia (as an example of the Islamic wrold) is the topic of two recent notes among others I'll be writing in the near future...
